In addition, we randomly sample and shoot our production loads at our onsite range on a regular basis; this way we can ensure it will meet our stringent requirements, and will function properly in your firearm. Our loading and manufacturing expertise comes from years of hands on manufacturing and production with industry leaders, such as, Colt Manufacturing Company, Kahr Arms, and aerospace and defense giant, Esign-Bickford. Our Commitment Black Butterfly Ammunition company warrants the original consumer purchase for 1 year from the date of purchase. Black Butterfly Ammunition, PREMIUM, .500 S&W MAG, 350 gr, MEDIUM VELOCITY SELF DEFENSE, Hornady XTP (1625 FPS)
Description This round is intended for hunting and self defense applications. This round was developed for folks who want the power of the 500 Smith and Wesson and the .50 cal projectile, but not the recoil involved with loads running at 1700+ FPS and above. This medium velocity round is a pleasure to shoot, has a medium recoil and is very accurate at medium range. We consider this a “stage three” round when learning to shoot this revolver.
